WealthLenseAI is an AI-powered educational tool that provides portfolio analysis, financial planning, market intelligence, stock forecasts, earnings previews, and other financial insights for informational and educational purposes only. The service supports multiple countries including India, United States, United Kingdom, and Australia with country-specific features.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All analysis, scores, insights, recommendations, and action plans are generated by artificial intelligence for educational purposes only and must not be treated as personalised professional advice. You should always consult a qualified, licensed financial professional in your jurisdiction before making any investment or financial decisions.

For Australian users: Any financial information provided by this Service is general in nature and has been prepared without taking into account your objectives, financial situation, or needs. Before acting on this information, consider whether it is appropriate to your personal circumstances. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.

Our analysis is generated by AI models that may make errors, misinterpret data, produce incomplete analysis, or reflect information that is out of date. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of the AI-generated output. All output should be independently verified before any reliance is placed on it.

We offer an optional newsletter containing curated market news, daily digest, and AI-generated insights for specific countries. By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to receive periodic emails at the email address associated with your account. You may unsubscribe at any time via the email footer or through your account settings. Newsletter content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

6. Investment Risk

All investments carry risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance of any fund, stock, or other asset is not indicative of future results. The value of investments may fall as well as rise. Crypto assets are particularly volatile and may be unregulated in your jurisdiction.

7. Account & Sign-In

The Portfolio Analyzer, Financial Planner, and other personalised features require a free Google sign-in. A "Sign in with Google" button is available directly in the navigation bar on every page. We use Firebase Authentication to verify your identity. Your saved reports are scoped to your Google UID and stored in our Supabase database. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account; we are not liable for activity carried out under a compromised account.

You may delete individual saved reports any time from the My Reports page, or request full account deletion by contacting us at the address below.

8. User Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service.
• You are responsible for verifying that using this Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not upload files containing the personal financial data of third parties without their consent.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service or its AI systems.
• You must provide a valid email address that you control when using features that send emails (e.g. "email me when ready"); we will only ever email the verified address from your Google account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WealthLenseAI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any output produced by it, including but not limited to financial loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

The WealthLenseAI platform, including its design, code, prompts, and branding, is owned by its operators. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
